(RTC) NZ MUSSEL WITH GOURMET SAUCE LEMAK CILI PADI (RETAIL PACK)
1 pkt of product consist of :
- ± 250 GM of lemak cili padi gravy
- 10 pcs of NZ 1/2 shell mussel
1) In a saucepan, heat a little oil and add the mussels. Saute for 2minutes until fragrant.
2) Add in the sauce and mix with the mussels. Reduce heat and simmer for 2minutes.
3) Serve with rice or bread
• 200g New Zealand Half Shell Mussels
• 250g masak lemak paste
• 2 pcs Asam Jawa
• 6 pcs finely sliced honey pineapples (optional)
• 100 ml water
• Oil for frying
